We are a new start up company selling a variety of smoked cheeses. Although Gouda is fabulous, we also have Mild-Medium-Sharp-Extra Sharp Cheddar; Pepper Jack; Monterey Jack; Colby Jack and more.

Our newest flavor is smoked cranberry white cheddar.

Eric’s Thoughts I got 7lbs. More of cranberry white cheddar and 3lbs. Of Havarti that I’m doing on 3-5 seeings how it is supposed to be cooler.  Cranberry has been a big seller.

Bleu cheese has been added for an event in April , and will be available upon request.

  1. I bought some Smoked Pepperjack for my Cheese Platter and Spinach Dip. I served it at a party i hosted and everyone Loved it! When I went back to buy a different flavor of Smoked Cheese, Eric let me sample some Stuffed Smoked Olives and they WERE AMAZING! I had to buy some… thanks a lot Eric! See you soon

  3. By far the best cheese in town. From Pepper jack, to Colby Jack, Sharp cheddar, Gouda. None of them disappoint. Adds a kick to anything worthy of cheese.

  4. Im doing a big batch of mozzarella cheese sticks for a customer. I will be adding cheese sticks and cranberry white cheddar. Look me up. Free deliveries for a lb. Or more in the high desert.

  13. I won a raffle prize at the Sunland Ford Memorial Day Car Show yesterday and let me just say I 💯 got the BEST prize with 1lb of smoked cheese from this amazing company! The smoked olives, gouda, pepper jack, and cranberry white cheddar were ALL INCREDIBLY DELICIOUS!!!! Edog has a true gift for this and I am SO GLAD to have made his acquaintance!   16. super kind guy and his cheeses were delicious ! Seen him out at avs and had the pleasure of trying his delicious smoked cheeses and peppers. 10/10 on everything we tried , and his prices are not bad at all.

  18. So, I hate olives on a good day. However… the smoked olives at Smoked Bliss are everything I wished normal olives could be. They are the perfect combination of smokey and salty and will leave you craving more. Definitely check them out when you see his booth!

  19. I got the Savory Jalepeno and garlic smoked mammoth olives. They were absolutely delicious. They have great flavor and I would absolutely get them again. Eric has great customer service and he’s definitely the best at what he does. 10/10 recommendation

  20. Some of the best cheese I have ever put in my mouth ! I got a some of the pepper jack cheese and the white cheddar soooo gooooood! You want some good cheese with all the cheesy and smoky flavor you can ask for? Id definitely get an order from Eric!!

  21. This stuff is amazing! Tried the smoked garlic, brown sugar, hot honey peaches, olives, and spicy pickled eggs and we love it all. Highly recommend!!
